Then you have come to the right place! In our company, precise documentation and compliance with legal requirements play a decisive role in the quality and safety of our products. As Specialist (m/f/d) for chemical product documentation You will play a key role in creating and maintaining our product and safety data.

This is what you can expect from us:

  • You independently prepare safety data sheets in accordance with the REACH regulation.
  • You will also create our product data sheets according to the relevant specifications, thus ensuring the quality of our product information.
  • You should carefully check existing data sheets for accuracy and completeness and always ensure that they are up-to-date.
  • You reliably maintain our raw material and product data in our ERP system.
  • You check incoming quality-relevant accompanying documents for raw materials and ensure that all requirements are met.
  • You will be responsible for maintaining the master data of existing raw materials and creating new base materials in accordance with internal specifications.


What you bring with you:

  • You have completed a degree in chemistry or training as a chemical technical assistant (CTA), chemical laboratory technician or a comparable qualification.
  • You are familiar with the chemical and regulatory requirements in the area of safety data management and apply them routinely.
  • In particular, you have experience in preparing safety and product data sheets as well as in-depth knowledge of relevant regulations (e.g. REACH).
  • You also have knowledge of hazardous substance labelling and the basics of the Chemicals Regulation (e.g. CLP Regulation).
  • You work confidently with ERP systems and MS Office (especially Excel, Word and Outlook).
  • You communicate confidently in German and English, both written and spoken.
