Do you maintain an overview of resources and deadlines even with changing priorities and tight schedules? Do you plan proactively, think pragmatically, and have a good understanding of production processes? Do you work with ERP and planning systems and enjoy further developing planning processes through automation and the use of new technologies?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Production Planner (m\/f\/d) <\/strong>You will assume a central interface function in our company: You will plan and control our production orders, keep the relevant departments informed, and thus ensure the efficient, reliable and timely production of our flavorings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Your tasks:<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Planning, control and monitoring of production orders:<\/strong> They plan and schedule our production orders in the ERP system, keep the planning up to date and adjust it in case of changes, bottlenecks or new priorities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Cross-departmental coordination:<\/strong> They coordinate production capacities, material availability and deadlines closely with production, purchasing, quality control, order processing and other involved departments.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Ensuring reliable delivery dates:<\/strong> They monitor production progress, identify schedule deviations early on, and provide order processing and sales with reliable information on expected completion dates.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Process optimization:<\/strong> They analyze production and planning processes, identify bottlenecks and optimization potential, and contribute to continuous improvements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Support for product-related questions:<\/strong> They assist in clarifying internal and external traceability inquiries, handling complaints, and implementing our quality standards.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Your profile:<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      \n
    • Completed commercial or technical training or studies with experience in production planning, work preparation or production control<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Professional experience in a manufacturing company, ideally in the chemical, food or ingredients industry<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • A good understanding of production processes and the relationships between material availability, internal logistics, capacity planning and delivery dates.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Strong organizational skills and a structured, forward-thinking and solution-oriented approach to work.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Ability to maintain an overview and make clear decisions even with changing priorities and under time pressure.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Strong communication skills and a confident, professional demeanor in cross-departmental collaboration<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Very confident handling of ERP systems and MS Office<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Good German and English skills as well as a valid residence and work permit for Germany<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
