Laboratories, production, sales and administration are located in our headquarters in Hamburg. Unique ideas, flavors, distillates and extracts are created here every day, with which we have convinced clients in over 60 countries - for more than 90 years. “We want an e-liquid that tastes like a summer evening.” Beautiful inquiries like these reach our sales department almost every day. This is where new orders are won and our customers are looked after personally and always at eye level.

laboratory

The birthplace of our flavors. Our creative flavorists and laboratory specialists work here, always composing new experiences for unique enjoyment. Legally monitored by our legislature, which also advises our clients.

production

The new premium flavor has been created and released? The recipe is then passed on to production. Here the order is produced, filled, packaged and then prepared for shipping: from Hamburg to all over the world.

Administration

Everything related to production and shipping is regulated here and our customers are advised during order processing. Purchasing, marketing, communications, management and accounting are also located here.
