Our headquarters in Hamburg houses our laboratories, production facilities, sales, and administration. Here, unique ideas, aromas, distillates, and extracts are created daily, which we use to win over clients in more than 60 countries – for over 95 years. “We want an e-liquid that tastes like a summer evening.” Beautiful inquiries like these reach our sales department almost every day. This is where new orders are won and our customers are looked after personally and always at eye level.

laboratory

The birthplace of our flavors. Our creative flavorists and laboratory specialists work here, always composing new experiences for unique enjoyment. Legally monitored by our legislature, which also advises our clients.

production

The new premium flavor has been created and released? The recipe is then passed on to production. Here the order is produced, filled, packaged and then prepared for shipping: from Hamburg to all over the world.

Administration

Everything related to production and shipping is regulated here and our customers are advised during order processing. Purchasing, marketing, communications, management and accounting are also located here.
