Production Planner (m/f/d) – Full-time

Then you've come to the right place. Production Planner (m/f/d) You will assume a central interface function in our company: You will plan and control our production orders, keep the relevant departments informed, and thus ensure the efficient, reliable and timely production of our flavorings.

Your tasks:

• Planning, control and monitoring of production orders: They plan and schedule our production orders in the ERP system, keep the planning up to date and adjust it in case of changes, bottlenecks or new priorities.
• Cross-departmental coordination: They coordinate production capacities, material availability and deadlines closely with production, purchasing, quality control, order processing and other involved departments.
• Ensuring reliable delivery dates: They monitor production progress, identify schedule deviations early on, and provide order processing and sales with reliable information on expected completion dates.
• Process optimization: They analyze production and planning processes, identify bottlenecks and optimization potential, and contribute to continuous improvements.
• Support for product-related questions: They assist in clarifying internal and external traceability inquiries, handling complaints, and implementing our quality standards.

Your profile:

• Completed commercial or technical training or studies with experience in production planning, work preparation or production control
• Professional experience in a manufacturing company, ideally in the chemical, food or ingredients industry
• A good understanding of production processes and the relationships between material availability, internal logistics, capacity planning and delivery dates.
• Strong organizational skills and a structured, forward-thinking and solution-oriented approach to work.
• Ability to maintain an overview and make clear decisions even with changing priorities and under time pressure.
• Strong communication skills and a confident, professional demeanor in cross-departmental collaboration
• Very confident handling of ERP systems and MS Office
• Good German and English skills as well as a valid residence and work permit for Germany
